FORMER vice-president Guy Scott has died at the age of 82. Dr Scott passed away yesterday at his Trotover Farm in Leopards Hill after an illness. Meanwhile, President Hakainde Hichilema has described Dr Scott as a true Zambian patriot, who loved the country and gave himself to its service. Confirming the news in a statement, Wednesday, Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa said President Hakainde Hichilema has accorded the late former vice-president a State Funeral in recognition of his distinguished service.
